We asked Le Grand Solutions to build a website for the Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC) and were very happy that they listened to all our requirements and made suggestions regarding the final 'look and feel' of the site based on what we wanted.
One of our major requirements was a register of practitioners which is updated frequently. It was important that our administrator could make these changes. LGS were able to make the process very user friendly. Our administrator is also able to update any content on the site, very easily, which gives us great flexibility. The support we receive from Le Grand Solutions is excellent, with a very quick response time. They do not expect our administrator to have technical knowledge, and are very happy to answer their questions, however basic.
